Flat rate shipping & shipping quotes
Our $15 Australia-wide flat-rate shipping offer applies to parcels up to 1kg in weight. If you have selected a number of items that qualify for $15 flat rate shipping but your parcel exceeds 1kg, we’ll contact you with a shipping quote. Don’t worry – shipping rates are often a lot less than you expect!
If you’d like to purchase an item but the only shipping option is ‘Local Pickup’, this means that it’s rather large and/or heavy. You can either collect it from our shop or we can get a shipping quote for you. For a quote, please send us an email with:
- the name of the item you’d like
- the name of your town/suburb and your postcode
- for deliveries outside of Australia, tell us the destination country as well
We’ll find you the best shipping rate and get back to you within a day.
Please note: We will do our best to find the most cost-effective shipping method for deliveries to remote locations. However, if a remote parcel delivery incurs a surcharge, we will need to pass this on to you in addition to our flat rate shipping charge. We will contact you to confirm any additional charge prior to finalising your order.
We will ship your order within 1-3 business days of you placing it. We use Australia Post, Sendle and various courier companies, depending on the size of your order and the delivery address. We’ll send you a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery.
We are not liable for any damage that is incurred after your order has been posted by us/collected by a courier company.
Delivery times vary according to the distance of the delivery address from Hahndorf, South Australia. The following times are a guide only:
Adelaide Metro – up to 2 business days
Regional SA – up to 5 business days
REST OF AUSTRALIA
Metro – from 3 to 6 business days
Regional – please ask at your post office
Our packaging is simple and uncomplicated. We strive to use environmentally responsible packaging wherever we can, particularly degradable or recycled materials for packing and recycled boxes for shipping.
Most of our products are handmade so small variations and/or imperfections are to be expected. We check our products for faults before we ship them but if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
We offer refunds or exchanges for defective or faulty products, but not if you’ve simply changed your mind.
The shipping and handling costs on items you return to us are your responsibility. Please take care to pack returned items well and use tracked and insured postage as we do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
